PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

For Vestax PDX-2000 Series, PDX-2000 MkII, PDX-2300 MkII and QFO Series turntables designed ENGINE MGU2000 replacement monoblock unit, composed of a DC servo and Direct Drive motor with Quartz System. This type is also compatible with engine for vintages models Vestax PDX-A1, PDX-A1s, PDX-A1MkII, PDX-A2, PDX-A2MkII, PDX-D3, PDX-D3s, PDX-D3MkII, PDT-5000, PDX-8000 turntables. Second, improved generation (specification 2005). Supplied separately without Vestax HP-PDX turntable holder (this must be ordered separately). The monoblock unit  is equipped with a PCB board with connectors for easy connection to turntable electronics. For use only by Vestax authorized repairers and authorized service centers. It is recommended to entrust replacement of the unit to specialists.

    Is there any update on the availability of the Vestax ENGINE MGU2000? Are you currently waiting for this product to be supplied?
    I have seen the expected date change repeatedly over the past few months.

      Hello. Only a very small quantityc of MGU2000/3000 (usually a few pcs) always land in stock and they are sold out in a flash and we can't even update the e-shop. The situation with new engines is very complicated. We will add your email address to the list of interested parties and you will be informed as soon as a some piece becomes available.

    Are either of these motors available to order?
    I can see it says “at the supplier” and due March 2025, but is there a pre order option?

      Hello, Options are very limited and the available number of pieces of restocking is end of March. Pre-order option will be available as soon as we know the exact number of pieces that will be in stock.

      Hello, You can buy them here - unfortunately they are sold out at the moment and the date of delivery of the new goods has not been confirmed yet. Probably won't be until January

    Hi,

    Is there a big difference between mgu2000 and mgu3000? Does mgu3000 work in 2300mkII and is there any benefits in swapping in mgu3000? I'm aski g because I read thst the mgu3000 is the newest model. Or should I just use mgu2000 that is built for 2300mkII?

      MGU-3000 work also in Vestax PDX-2300MkII - the benefit is a longer lifespan (more modern components are used).
