Vestax CF-08Pro PCV KIT

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Original Japanese crossfader CF-08Pro PCV is designed for the Vestax PMC-08Pro digital hybrid mixer. The CF-08Pro is easy to replace and is designed as a long-life crossfader. State-of-the-art Plastic Conductive Volume ™ (PCV) technology is tested for 2 million passes / 1 million cycles by accredited testing laboratories. During this time, it must not lose the quality of the audio signal passing through it (to imagine, the standard faders leave after about 100,000 cycles). These are the minimum guaranteed values. The CF-PCV SSF has a precision metal mechanism and guide shafts on which the fader slider moves and delimits a perfectly accurate position. This simultaneously reduces friction, resulting in less wear and smoother fader movement. It is designed for professional applications such as turntablism or professional club mixers.

*) TECH-NOTE: when ordering, it is necessary to state what   type of 4-PIN TERMINAL connection   you require (check, how is your original old CF-08  connected). There are two different ways of connection from Japanese manufacturer (inside TERMINAL / outside TERMINAL). Technically correct, the 4-PIN TERMINAL connection is "inside"  but some PMC-08Pro mixers have the connection reversed at the factory, therefore the spare crossfader to be replaced must also adapt to this. Mentioned specification is important for the correct function of the original CF-08Pro PCV crossfader.
